Background
Victoria
International College (VIC), the first Management College in
Mid Western Region, was established in 2009 by Gorkha Group. The group has been executing Secondary Schools; Gorkha International Public Secondary
School, Ghorahi, Gorkha School Tulsipur, Gorkha School Lamahi and Gorkha School
Bhalubang Dang. It serves over 8000 students of all the levels through
these institutions. Similarly Gorkha Model College Tulsipur and Swornim College Lamahi with BBS course,
and Gorkha Hospital are other sister
organizations. Thus Gorkha Group anticipates serving the national interest of
prosperity by means of producing skilled human resources in different sectors.
In
this context, VIC offers BBA course designed to provide sound,
conceptual foundation and practical skills in various areas of business and
management, to produce professional managers and leaders. Meanwhile, they will
have the positive attitude and high level of motivation required for the super
performance in the organizations of 21st century.
In
this way the college has been implementing the BBA course in a very innovative
manner since its inception. 15 years of
long experiences has brought the new hopes and aspirations too.

We
believe on teamwork to achieve the organizational goals. The same faith we have
tried to transfer to our students in a very conducive environment. Along with
the University curriculum, we conduct various extra-curricular activities to
inculcate the positive attitude and better motivation that is what our graduates
have proved in the job market being very efficient and competent candidates. We
nurture them in such a way that they come up with the sincere respect towards
the diversity and humanity needed in the global context.

project. It has not only brought the synergy but also given a very good

the theoretical concept. The college has been paving the way further to the
