The Victoria Journal of Management (VJM) is an annual peer-reviewed journal (listed in NepJOL) published by the Victoria International College (VIC), Ghorahi, Dang, Nepal. VIC is a reputed management college affiliated with Pokhara University, Nepal. It has planned to publish empirical research papers, review papers, and conceptual papers of high quality, originality, and relevance to business and management. It is our great pleasure to announce a call for papers for the first issue (Vol. 2, Issue I, 2025).
The journal publishes research articles in the following areas, but not confined to:
